Summer is hard for some of us poor high school students.  We don't all have cars and jobs.  And we don't always have free days to meet up and do podcasts.  Yup yup yup.  So I'm Ryuusei (making this sound like a podcast for some strange reason...maybe from lack of making a new episode) and I'm sitting here at home being bored to death.  Why?  My friends are ...
a) going to camp
b) not picking up their phones
c) dipsticks
d) all of the above

I would say d but that's evil.  Oh well.  I'm packing to go touring at Florida.  Touring.  I like that.  It just happens to be that I'm bringing 16 other family members with me.  I plan to make videos of my family but I'm not telling you where.  (Youtube obviously) 

There will be audio clips so stay in tune for some hilarious future episodes.

Hello.  This is Ryuusei and I'm happy to finally start up a real blog site.  Squeal!  So, let me start this off with some introductions.  Well, first off xanga.com has totally upgraded to something I would love.  Lol.  I LOVE YOU XANGA TEAM!!!

I'm Ryuusei, the reigning and beautiful hostess of this podcast called "Kanpai Anime!".  I'm a teen with dreams and innovation so TA DAH, a podcast is born.  My crew are some of the most perfect people who are also Otakus......some what.  First off is my right-hand man...er....I meant girl, K9!  She is very straightforward and hates to admit that the podcast is fun (LIES!!!  Hey, don't take over the laptop!)  Anywho, then there is our level-headed Hikari.  She is so intellectual that I think she might just form her own podcast to diss mine.  (Ouch!)  Then our two spaztasic duo, Miki and Firey.  Miki is a senior and we all love to pick on her.  And Firey.....no comments there.  Heh heh.  Oh, and we can't forget our other special guests.  But I'll wait until I really have to type about them.

So all 5 of us were already like best buddies in the world.  Our mascot is Mocha, the Pirate Cow with her friendly parrot Latte.  Lol.  I know, very corny yet cute! 

As you can tell if you have ever EVER listened to our episodes (which by the way, tsk tsk.  Go download for free at the itunes store or go to our website at kanpaianime.wordpress.com and get the link to download from there), we don't really have much of a set schedule.  We wing it.  Improvise is so much fun!  We are experts at it really.  But our passion and respect for Japanese cartoons stays intacted.  So don't doubt us yet!
